Each service is delivered by a registered practitioner at our East Vancouver clinic on East 49th Avenue, and services can be combined into one coordinated treatment plan. Direct billing is available with many extended health providers.

Yes. We offer direct billing to many extended health providers. Coverage varies by provider and plan. We recommend confirming your individual benefits before your appointment so you know your per-visit coverage, annual maximum, and whether a referral is required for reimbursement.

If your provider or plan does not support direct billing, you pay at the time of your visit and we provide a detailed receipt with the practitioner's registration number. You then submit that receipt to your insurer for reimbursement according to your plan's terms.

We accept ICBC patients. Currently, ICBC patients pay for the visit and submit the claim for coverage themselves, and we are working on obtaining direct billing access for ICBC. Tell us when booking that your care relates to a motor vehicle accident so we can document appropriately.
